BRAINSTORMING
Once the location is in place, we work with our trusted engineers and architects to create the best possible footprints for the project.
OBTAINING PERMITS
We begin the permit application process immediately in order to give our contractors ample time to plan and prepare, ensuring an efficient building process.
FOUNDATIONS
As we move forward and the foundations are out of the ground along with the framework going up, we target, wrap up the decisions on the outer design of the house which includes (real stone), brick, and siding.
INTERIOR DESIGN
We work with our trusted vendors to ensure that each home is styled thoughtfully, with great emphasis on detail.
ADDITIONAL INSTALLATIONS
During the selection stage for interior items, rough ins are put in place inside the newly framed home. As well as excavation taking place outside consisting of installing new utilities as well as a storm management system.
LANDSCAPING DESIGN
We focus on redeveloping and forming the land to the new grade plan, which is then followed by a custom landscape design.
FINAL PREPARATION
Once the project is nearing completion, there will be a professional cleaning of the home prior to transitioning the home from ourselves to the customer.
